Asbestos Training Provider Approval
Air Quality Compliance Program/Asbestos
This regulation applies to any person who provides training for the asbestos occupations (Supervisor, Worker, Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer) in Maryland. It ensures that the training plan matches both the EPA's Model Accreditation Plan for asbestos training and all applicable COMAR requirements. Training is required for all asbestos occupations yearly.
