<p>The Air Quality General Permit to Construct is an expedited application process for a category of sources which are generally very similar in operation, equipment installation, and emissions characteristics. If a source of air pollution qualifies for a General Permit to Construct, the applicant completes a Request for Coverage application form and submits a set permit application fee.
