Submit complete application

Participate in public participation phases

Step 3:

Timely review draft permit and fact sheet when presented

Step 4:

Pay assessed fees - publication charges, application fees, and pro-rated annual fee (only applicable to new permits)

Step 5:

Business must be in good standing with the State of MD

Step 6:

Submit Worker Compensation Form
